Ingredients

raw cashews,
soaked overnight

apple cider vinegar

sea salt

cold filtered water

probiotic capsules,
(approximately 2 grams of probiotic powder, or ½ teaspoon – I used JustThrive capsules)
Instructions
Blend:
Rinse soaked cashews and blend with vinegar, salt, and water until smooth (about 3 minutes).
Add Probiotics:
Pour into a clean jar, stir in probiotic powder (use a wooden or silicone spoon).
Ferment:
Cover with cheesecloth and let sit in a warm place for
24-48 hours
.
Refrigerate:
Stir, then chill for
at least 4 hours
to thicken.
Enjoy!
Serve plain or with
fruit, maple syrup, or granola
.
