Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachios, (raw or roasted, unsalted)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pistachios: Use raw or roasted pistachios. If they have skins, rub them with a kitchen towel to remove any loose ones.
  • Make Pistachio Butter: In a high-speed blender or food processor, process the pistachios with melted chocolate chips, vanilla extract until they turn into a smooth nut butter.
    Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides. The texture will transform from crumbly → thick paste → smooth butter.
    This process may take 5 to 15 minutes, depending on your machine’s power.
  • Serve & Enjoy Transfer your Dark Chocolate Pistachio Spread into a jar.
    Enjoy it as a dip for strawberries, spread on toast, drizzled over pancakes, or simply by the spoonful!
