1. Accountability Plant-Based Groups
They are the ideal solution for someone feeling isolated and stuck; they will provide a safe, supportive environment to share your highs and lows on the road to an entirely plant-based lifestyle. We give each other the encouragement you need to help you move forward to a healthier you!

2. Private Health & Wellness Plant-Based Transition Coaching
Are you looking for ongoing support and one-on-one coaching? With every nutrition coaching session, you will receive practical advice and help. I will analyze your current lifestyle and suggest new ideas to ensure you get better nutrition or athletic performance. We’ll talk about your progress, troubleshoot, and make any changes. We can work anywhere. We can make it happen as long as you have a phone and/or computer!
I am happy to work within your preferences, favorite cuisine, culinary skills, and financial situation. I value your time and money! I will provide incredibly delicious and straightforward meal ideas and empower you to take charge of your nutrition. Bonus: FREE vegan Book!
I integrate a health & wellness plan into your daily life to work with your schedule and fit your lifestyle and goals. All my recipes have under ten ingredients and under 25 minutes to prepare.

3. Private Consulting
These are individually booked online appointments. They include email or text support between appointments, personal recipe help, shopping lists, or free vegan books.
You will be given guidelines and ideas for creating plant-based meals based on your preferences, favorite cuisine, and culinary skills. In addition, I will educate you based on your goals and the information we gather during the session. Also, I will have Q&A time incorporated to ask questions about any topic related to a plant-based lifestyle.
4. Private Cooking Classes or Private Chef Services.
I am available for Manhattan and some parts of Long Island.
