Coconut Water Berry Popsicles for the 4th of July

Nothing beats a refreshing, fruity popsicle on a hot summer day. But store-bought popsicles are loaded with high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors.

Fortunately, you need not worry about these unhealthy ingredients when making homemade popsicles. And the best part is that it is easy to add an extra dose of fruity nutrients to your diet without any refined sugar.

Making homemade popsicles is so simple that anyone can do it. It is also a fun way for kids and adults to experiment in the kitchen.

Here is a delicious recipe for healthy and yummy homemade popsicles. Fresh berry popsicles are made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pure coconut water. It is less than 100 calories and uses natural sweeteners.

I used coconut water in this recipe. Coconut is a healthy and flavorful substitute for high-sugar beverages. However, make sure to buy only pure coconut water without artificial additives or sugar—this recipe used 100% coconut water with pulp from non-GMO coconuts.

Coconut water, whether store-bought or fresh, goes very well with fresh berries. Together, they make super refreshing and naturally sweet popsicles. They are also packed with electrolytes and are a gluten-free, dairy-free indulgence!

Enjoy my super-summery recipe and make it for the upcoming 4th of July party!
